This page explains the cookies and similar technologies Onebubbles uses. In short: Onebubbles uses only strictly necessary cookies to run the service and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a related browser mechanism that keeps small preferences on your device. Both let a service remember things between page loads.
2. Strictly necessary cookies we use
- Authentication & session: set by our authentication provider (Supabase) once you sign in, so we can keep you logged in and secure your session. Without these, the app cannot work.
- Security & sign-in state: short-lived cookies used during the login and channel-connection (OAuth) flows to protect against cross-site request forgery.
Because these are essential to deliver a service you explicitly requested, they are exempt from prior consent under the ePrivacy rules and the GDPR — so we do not show a cookie-consent banner.
3. Local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember interface preferences — such as the panel or filter you last opened — so the app feels consistent between visits. This data stays on your device and is never sent to advertisers.
4. Cookies set by channels you connect
The chat widget and the channels you connect (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, or a Shopify storefront) are operated by those providers when you interact with them, and are subject to their own cookie and privacy policies. Onebubbles does not place advertising cookies through them.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will stop you from signing in and using Onebubbles.
6. If this changes
If we ever introduce optional cookies (for example privacy-friendly product analytics), we will update this page and ask for your consent first, with non-essential cookies off by default.
