Terms of Service — Onebubbles One bubbles Privacy ## Terms of Service Last updated: 8 July 2026 These Terms govern your access to and use of Onebubbles (the Service ). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. ## 1. The service Onebubbles provides an omnichannel customer-messaging inbox with AI-assisted replies. We may update, improve, or change features over time. ## 2. Accounts You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to connect any channel (WhatsApp number, Facebook Page, Instagram account, etc.) you add. ## 3. Acceptable use Do not use the Service to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it. Comply with the rules of any channel you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy. ## 4. Customer data You retain ownership of the content and contacts in your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy . You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your end-users data. ## 5. Plans & billing Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (agents, channels, AI credits) apply as shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. ## 6. Third-party services The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Meta, Telegram, Stripe, Anthropic). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. ## 7. Availability & warranty We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. ## 8. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onebubbles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. ## 9. Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. ## 10. Changes & contact We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to account holders.
